Shipping & Returns

Due to the Corona Virus there may be some delays with Postage

We process purchases on business days Monday to Friday and excludes public holidays in QLD.  Orders are processed and sent by 4pm AEST each business day.
Please keep this in mind if purchasing something required ASAP.  All purchases are sent by Fastway's or Australia Post. Please keep in mind, if you live in a rural area the delivery can take longer.

EXCHANGE: Any exchanges will require the customer to pay return postage to sender WITHIN 7 DAYS of receiving. You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase, as we offer Exchange only. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order.

You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order.  If you happen to enter an incorrect address, Olive & Vern is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Any occurred international fees when parcel enter's another country is the buyer's responsibility.

If your parcel is returned to us, we will make contact with you via email straight away.  If we receive no response, the purchase after 4 weeks from being returned to us, will be voided without refund or exchange.

IN STORE PICK UP: Please do not choose 'IN STORE PICK UP" if you are from interstate & not planning to collect, as your order will be sent to the store for collecting.  An invoice will be generated for postage before being sent out, once we have been informed by the customer the wrong choice was made at checkout.


CERAMICS: All care is made for all packaging of our ceramics.  If for any reason your purchase has been received broken, we must be notified on the day of order being received.  We cannot be responsible if notified after the day of receiving.

Our Website IS NOT in conjunction with the STORE, therefore any returns will be issued with an ONLINE STORE CREDIT.

All items are fully inspected before sending out.  We do not offer refund due to simply changing your mind or size does not fit.  Although we do offer refund if item is faulty, which will require photo proof, item must not of been worn and in original packaging with tags attached.


The laws of Queensland, AUS govern these purchase and shipping terms.
